We follow a sequence of processes to help you set up offshore centers in any country of your choice. On expression of intent, a detailed discussion follows between the client and VNV in order to understand the process exhaustively and detail out the nuances of the work being off shored. A project proposal is made and timelines drawn. Our execution team then moves in and sees to it that there is a seamless movement of processes with a strict adherence to the agreed timelines.
